The 15th of August, I played the Eurojackpot NL. The platform attributed random numbers that I paid. Trusting the machine, I did not write the numbers (yes I could say the numbers were the big winner numbers, I’m not like that). I could see these numbers 2 times during the afternoon for the evening’s draws. The day after I checked the result, I couldn’t find the numbers on my account anymore). Then I’ve got an email from them that the purchase I made didn’t work properly due to malfunction of the “Wallet” WELL, it works for me, I saw the numbers and I see the 14 euros debited from my bank account!! the same explanation was given by the customer service support from EuroJackpot NL via messenger 20 min ago (I asked if the numbers were in their data, no answer at all, just a “thank you for contacting us”, so they just want to refund me the 14 euro not knowing if I actually win something... was it maybe the big win, who knows now… I won’t let this situation like that!!
